Transgenerational Healing and Soul Retrieval
Family Constellation workshops offer ways of disentangling the current members of a family from the unresolved issues, traumas and entanglements from previous generations which often result in individual soul loss. It offers immediate and long term healing not just for the individual but for all members of the family system.
Carl Jung frequently spoke of contemporary mental illness as a ‘loss of soul' which only the process of psychic integration could repair. The integration of lost parts of the soul are one of the goals of constellation work. In constellation work we identify how the transgenerational transmission of trauma causes soul loss and how soul loss begets soul loss in future generations.
In tribal cultures, shamans have long recognized that illness of any kind is a disharmony in the larger web of our lives and causes soul loss. Through constellation work, we see that the disharmonies the ancients acknowledged, are in fact the result of traumas. Traumatic psychological injury is a phenomenon that affects not just the individual but also generates psychological patterns of behavior for future generations. The acceptance of the idea that an individual's psychological conflict may not originate in their own direct experience is a revolution in psychotherapeutic work but one which has been widely accepted by ancient shamanic traditions.
In constellation weekends we look at the larger context of life, our relationship to our self, parents, grandparents and great grandparents, the living and the deceased and the traumas and experiences which have befallen them but always within the context and in acknowledgement of a universal life force that nurtures our growth and spiritual evolution.

The CCPE is accessible from Warwick Avenue tube station (Bakerloo line). On leaving the station, walk up Warwick Avenue, across the canal up to Harrow Road. Turn right at the top of Warwick Avenue then take the first right, the CCPE is the large cream building overlooking the basin.
