Individual Sessions

Constellation work in individual therapy provides an opportunity for the client to become familiar with a way of thinking systemically and obtaining insights into the context of their lives.

Sessions are 2.5 hours during which we clarify the issue, set up a constellation and work towards a good resolution.

Each individual constellation therapy session stands alone and does not require further analysis or therapy.

Costs £ 175

"Three weeks after seeing Janet for an individual family constellation session, I witnessed a miracle.  My 74 year old sister, who has been in a mental institution for 52 of those years, began to recover her mind. She went from a severely aggressive patient who was difficult to have any meaningful communication with, and who constantly had a look of fear and pain in her eyes, to a calm individual who is now reaching out to give and receive loving hugs from her family.  Having been doubly incontinent for almost 30 years, she is now asking the medical staff to help her to the bathroom. It is the most joyous experience. What a gift to her family. Thank you, Janet, you have worked magic.' (Feedback from individual session)

(Comment from Janet:  This was a by product of a contextual family constellation.  Absence of intention is the hallmark of my  work.  I am as astounded as anyone could be at this wonderful development.)

"I really enjoyed the session and it did leave me feeling positive.  I normally find it hard to accept and acknowledge my emotions as it leads to a lot of confusion.  I found it comfortable to talk about my feelings with you and it left me feeling much more of a whole.  Anyway what I seem to be doing since the session is trying cautiously to accept and respect my different feelings and give them a place in my life." (Feedback from individual session Feb 2010)
